The Camaro 4 TI Metalite is a 4mm suit with a continuous aluminium coating on the inside (except in the cuffs, there is the coating on the outside).
This keeps it extra warm - according to Camaro "30% plus heat reflection" - and keeps loose with a 5-6mm suit.
You or woman do not cool down so quickly and have a lot of freedom of movement. There are extra flexible inserts on the back of the knees and under the arms.
